"I don't like seeing people unhappy," says Kimberly Del'Valle (Mosley), a payroll manager at
RNnetwork in Boca Raton, Fla. "So if there's any way I can help, I will."
Kimberly lives those words and devotes her life to helping others. She has been a caregiver to many in her family, including her father in-law who was a victim of Alzheimer's, her sister who battled HIV and her grandmother who suffered from a myriad of medical issues.
Kimberly also experienced some challenging times in her own life: She had her first child at age 17, she spent time in an abusive relationship, and years later, she suffered a miscarriage.
Sharing experiences to help others
Kimberly never lets difficult times bring her down. Instead, she uses them as a means to help others.
"I've been there and know it's hard to get out of a rut," Kimberly shares. "So I use my story as an example that you can dust yourself off and get through anything."
Kimberly's own experiences and caring for her family drives her to give back to her community. She's a founding member of
WETATi, is affiliated with the
Forget Me Not Foundation, and supports the
Alzheimer's Association and the
PACE Center for Girls.
Healing through music
Kimberly is also a motivational speaker, a singer and a songwriter. "When I was going through difficult times, I started writing songs," Kimberly says. "Music is very healing."
When our CEO Scott Beck unveiled CHG's purpose statement earlier this year and explained how our company is dedicated to making a difference, Kimberly felt an instant connection. The very next day, she wrote this

"If everyone would focus on helping someone else, it would go a long way," Kimberly shares. "The world would simply be a better place."
