The results are in! The Salt Lake Tribune ranked CHG No. 1 in the large-company category on the 2015 list of Top Workplaces. The award, based solely on feedback from employee surveys, measures workplace culture including alignment, execution and connection for companies on Utah's Wasatch Front.
Workplace Dynamics conducted the poll for the Salt Lake Tribune, surveying 88 out of the 664 companies invited to participate. Nearly 19,000 employees took the survey. They were asked a number of questions including whether they feel appreciated by management and if new ideas are encouraged.

"We truly believe the success of our business is directly tied to the strength of our culture," says Scott Beck, CEO and president. "It's our people who make CHG an amazing place to work through their commitment to our core values. They work to make a difference every day, whether through placing healthcare professionals who serve more than 19 million patients every year or donating thousands of volunteer hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars to local charities."
