CHG Healthcare recognized as a Top Workplace in Utah

For the fourth year, Salt Lake Tribune names CHG Healthcare to its list of Top Workplaces in Utah. This year, CHG ranks No. 2 in the large company category.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Our people are the reason CHG is consistently recognized as a top workplace,” says Scott Beck, CEO of CHG Healthcare. “Together we have created a Putting People First culture that is trusting and inclusive and allows our people to thrive personally and professionally.”

CHG’s Putting People First culture fosters an inclusive, supportive environment where employees are comfortable being themselves and encouraged to grow their careers. The company offers a variety of unique benefits that support a healthy work/life balance, including flexible schedules, company-paid volunteer time off, and free onsite amenities like a gym and fitness classes as well as a health clinic for employees and their families.

In addition to ranking in the large company category, CHG was also honored with a special communication award for its transparent and open corporate communications.

“We all know what is going on and where we stand,” says one survey respondent. “I love the transparency and the fact that one can approach ANYONE at any time (upper management included) and inquire about anything, and that is accepted and welcomed.”
