Julyn Terry celebrates 20 years with CHG

Julyn Terry celebrated her 20-year anniversary with CHG on Jan. 2. In 1996, when she was just 16 years old, she joined the Salt Lake office as a copy clerk. She worked as a credentialing specialist and a recruiter before transitioning to the learning and development team where she has worked her way up to senior manager. Training magazine recognized Julyn as a Top Young Trainer for her amazing work.

Here’s what some of her colleagues and friends have to say about her:

“Over the years, Julyn has become a very good friend. She is one of the kindest, most sincere people I know. She would do anything for someone she cares about. She has often been my lifeline in times of stress or worry. I also think Julyn might actually bleed the CHG colors — she has so much knowledge about CHG and our people. No one could ever take her place.” — Rachel Klemens, director of learning and development, CHG

“I have worked with Julyn for 13 of the 15 years I’ve been with CompHealth, and she’s absolutely one of my favorite people! She is also one of the most generous people I know. She has given me rides to and from work, helped me with projects and even made sure my basement wasn’t flooding while I was out of town during a rainstorm. Dedicated, loyal, kind, open, smart and fun.¬†Plus, she has great hair. I feel very fortunate to be on the same team as her!” — Mindy Swensen, sales training manager, CompHealth locum tenens

“Julyn is an instrumental part of the team. She is completely devoted to doing anything she can to make learning and development a better experience for all involved. She is so much fun to have on the team. She definitely completes our family! I am so fortunate to work with Julyn and very grateful to have her as a friend!” — Janet Cattani, director of learning and development, CompHealth locum tenens

“Julyn is a rock star! She is the training Jedi master! She’s so passionate about training and development and takes time to instruct and share her wealth of wisdom and answers the simplest and most complex questions.” — Joel Andrews, learning and development specialist, CompHealth locum tenens
