In late 2015, CHG rolled out our new Difference Maker award. This isn’t just any award. The annual recognition award honors employees who are passionately committed to helping others. These individuals have gone above and beyond to live our principle core value of Putting People First. From humanitarian work to serving on community boards, they devote time, energy, money or skills to improve the lives of others.
As a way to recognize these people for their selfless acts, we created the Difference Makers program. Our people nominate their fellow colleagues who are truly making a difference. Four winners will join our CEO Scott Beck on an all-expense-paid trip to Kenya, Africa, in August. The trip includes community service in a local village and an African safari.
We received 117 nominations for around 50 people. A committee carefully reviewed all nominations and narrowed the field to these 13 finalists:
Jenna Barrett, national account executive, RNnetwork, Boca Raton, Fla.
